Single Frame Capture - CS4

OnLocation CS3 has a single frame capture button, but I don't see one on CS4. Is there a way capture just one frame at a time each time I press a button or click the mouse? I do see that there is a still photo capture button that creates a JPEG each time it is pressed, and I can use the JPEGs to create a movie, but it would be easier to have it capture one frame of a video file instead.

Thanks for the response. I think I did not describe what I am trying to do very well. I want to have a live feed from my video camera and then capture a single frame at a time, like you would do if you were creating an animation. I see that I can capture one JPEG at a time which I can use to create an avi file, but it would be easier if OnLocation could capture single frames of an avi file and combine them for me. This is possible in CS3, but I don't see a way to do it in CS4 except through the still image grabber and creating an image sequence.
I am transferring super 8mm film to video so I can edit it. I have a modified projector that shines directly into my video camera. Each time a frame is in the correct position of the projector gate the projector acutates a mouse. As each frame moves through the projector the mouse clicks and I want OnLocation to capture just one frame for each frame of film. Using CS3 I get an avi file that I can bring directly into Premiere to edit. If I have to create a JPEG for each frame it gets much harder to manage. 18 frames/second x 60 seconds = 1,080 frames/min x 10 min = 10,800 frames for every 10 minutes of film.
Any ideas on how to make this work with CS4? Thanks.

Unless I miss my guess, you're referring to the Stop-Motion recording feature in CS3. That was among the features we did not have time to re-implement in CS4, which was effectively a re-write of the whole program for porting it to Mac. It's on our list to be added back in. I'll add a vote for the feature on your behalf.
Please email me whatever information you can on the virtually robotic projector that you're using--sounds pretty slick. That's a use case we had not considered, and it could help tip the scales toward getting Stop Motion back in the app.
