Re: opening .avi files in a mac by Marcus van Bavel on Jul 31, 2007 at 2:36:50 am
It's possible but not straightforward.
DVFilm Raylight has a free tool that can convert the DVRack AVI's to Raylight AVI's.
Then Raylight ($195) P2Maker can convert them to P2 Card images for import into FCP using Raylight for Mac ($95). Your total outlay for new software would be $290.
