iTunes song conversion not complete

Hi,
Lately, I am having trouble with iTunes. All looks good during the transfer, no error shown... etc, however, some tracks from an album are not complete and normally, I will get 1 or 2 tracks with that problem. I have also tried re-importing it and almost 80% chance of happening again, either on the same track and another will be affected.
I will appreciate if anyone can advise me on how to solve it.
