Sync only certain Episodes of Podcasts

If this topic already exist, I´m sorry, please redirect me.

Is there a way to only sync certain episodes of multiple podcast.
For example: Sync only 5 newest of podcast A, and all of B, and only the newest of C and let me decide what to sync on D?

The only solution I found, syncing all new episodes after checked them as new. But I dont want to check them again every time I sync

Click on a subscribed podcast in iTunes, then choose the "Settings" button on the bottom of the window. UNCHECK "use default settings" and then set your settings. Repeat for each show.
