Just moved my Itunes folder now get excalmation marks on my tracks

I have recently moved my itunes folder to an external drive and set in preferences in Itunes to where my library should on my external drive, now when I open Itunes there is exculmation marks by the side of the tracks now when I double click on the track a error message come up that it can't find the track, How can I fix this?

Just drag and drop the folder from its new location onto your "Library" in iTunes. All of your links are broken and this will update them.
