Free podcast hosting

Hello! A friend of mine is looking to start a podcast as a hobby. As it's just a hobby, she doesn't want to invest too much money into this.

Are there any services or sites that offer decent free podcast hosting? These will be short, audio podcasts. If she takes it more seriously, I'm sure she'd look into getting a better, paid hosting option... but for now, are there any free options?
