I seem to remember reading somewhere that you're able to delete a customer review if you choose. Does anyone know how to do this? I haven't received anything negative (yet), I was just curious how to do it.
Thanks

Are you talking about the iTunes store? My understanding is you can delete reviews that YOU MAKE on other people's podcasts, but you can't delete other peoples reviews on your own podcast.

Eric is correct that no one can remove the ratings that they receive from others.
If people could remove the negatives, then likely all podcasts would be rated Five Stars! ;o)
You can remove the ratings you give others but not the ones you receive from them.
That said, I wish that Apple would give podcasters a way to contest and have removed those that are clearly malicious and there only to hurt the people involved and to destroy their efforts, while personally defaming them. It's one thing to critique but quite another to add the kind of vitriol that I have seen in some podcast ratings.

Thanks for the responses. I poked around and figured it out.
[Ron Lindeboom]"I wish that Apple would give podcasters a way to contest and have removed those that are clearly malicious and there only to hurt the people involved and to destroy their efforts, while personally defaming them." This is what I was talking about. If you click on 'see all reviews' in iTunes, at the end of every comment you can click on 'report a concern'. After signing in you can contest the review.
