Yes, there are a few problems with it. I'm kind of suprised that it was published that way. First of all, the pubDate day-of-week should only be 3 letters long as in Tue, not 4 as in Tues.
Can you give me a link to your rss feed? I can check it over if you'd like and make sure it validates.
What you can also do is download an rss feed from a podcast you subscribe to. If it's a podcaster who seems to know what they're doing, you can use it as a template...just replace their info with yours.
