Double Pan/Crop?

Ethan LuDouble Pan/Crop?

Ok, so I have these two clips, both recorded with an HD PVR, and they both have black bars. But I have to splitscreen them, so how would I manage to get rid of the black bars, and then Move their location without the black bars overlapping?

Use Pan/Crop to crop out the black bars and Track Motion to move them into any location you want.
