I'm stuck on a problem with a project in Vegas. In a part of a movie i made i have used track motion to shrink some video's.
When the video's are full screen, there is no problem but when they ar smaller an interlaced effect appears.
I have taken this screenshot.
It's not only after rendering and so it is also visible in the preview.
The source: m2t files HDV 50i.
Project: HDV 1080-50i (1440x1080;25,000fps)
I'm stuck on this for months now and it would really help if someone knows what's wrong here :)

Make sure your project's deinterlace method is not None

Yea, set your Deinterlace Method to Blend Fields in your Project Properties and it should go away.

Thanks, that actually does the job. Weird, normally I always use interpolate fields in my projects but this one was set to "none". And I didn't see it, my mistake.
Thanks for the help!

I just want to point out that Interpolate Fields throws away half of your vertical resolution and should only be used to fix deinterlace problems with video that has very fast motion. Normally you should be using Blend Fields which preserves all of your vertical resolution.
