metasync export failed

metasync export failed

Hi Guys

I use Avid Xpress Pro and am trying to export a sequence with metasync data into Avid DVD by Sonic. I have added my chapter marks and reference frames as per the instrustions, but when I "send to" I get a message reading:
"MetaSync Track Export Failed: Could not find MetaSyncPublisher"
Does anyone know why this might be happening? or how I could solve the problem?
Any advice at all would be really helpfull

PS. Im sorry if this is a "basic" editing question... I've never used Meta Sync before

I've not used MetaSync either, but are you sure it's installed? Its a seperate program, and it's not installed automatically...
