Where is OMF Export in 720p/23.976 project??

Greetings,
I'm new to Xpress HD and trying to export and OMF. I opened the demo project that came with the Avid disk and when I click on the Main Sequence in the Bin folder for the demo project, under export options OMF shows up. My project is a 720p/23.976 project. I just have two clips and when I select Export/options OMF is not one of the options. I read a few threads that make reference to a workaround. Can someone give easier steps, I'm coming from FCP and just getting used to the UI and that way things are named..

Maybe OMF is not supported for output on HD projects but only SD projects. To find out, open your HD project, then switch the format to SD. See if OMF is now available.
