I captured in premiere pro as always put my wedding project together with music transitions, background video, the whole project is 1 hr 10 mins, cool, I mark with encore markers ,set my project size marker, save now export to encore, it comes up 1 hr 46 mins, dont understand , can anyone help, also did all updates.whats wrong? it worked up to 2 months ago no problems. the projhect is to big at 1 hr 46 mins for a 4.7 disc

Check your timeline carefully. Is there a clip (or tiny fragment) around that 1:46:00 point on the timeline that makes the project look longer than it is?

Also, what happens if you use Adobe Media Encoder to create the assets (.mv2 and .wav) for Encore? Use CBR 7 setting to encode for the 70 minute project
