How to export CUT scene in Premiere CS3?

Hi there, I'm a newbie, so don't be to hard on me. :)

I've isolated a particular in/out scene in Premiere CS3, and want to export this clip ONLY. Problem is, when I do the usual "export" or "export media" options, I end up exporting the entire video, instead of just the 5 minute clip I want. What am I doing wrong?

Set the work bar over the part you want to export. In the export settings set it to 'work bar area' instead of 'sequence'

Do as Ann says. You will also find links to many free tutorials in the PremiereProPedia that will quickly show you how things are done in Premiere Pro.
