	Vidoe Transtion"Three-Way Colour Collector" by robert william on Jun 24, 2008 at 1:57:49 am Hi,i'm using adobe premiere pro cs3 and on a picture,i used the video effect "three-way colour collector" and i adjusted the way i want and nothing happened to a image in colour or anything.Can someone explain why?
