photoshop 7 gridlines
by Debra Cohen on Jun 12, 2008 at 3:13:11 pm

HI,

I was using an older version of Pshop but recently started using V7. All of a sudden, when viewing .psd's in Photoshop, white dotted gridlines have been appearing on my images which interfere with me viewing the image. Also, when I try to use the outline/box tool to outline an area to cut, it adheres to the gridlines and gets in my way.

I don't know why these were toggled, and I can't find where to untoggle them - so that my psd files (when in Photoshop) are not covered in gridlines.

How can I take them off?

Thanks
Debra Cohen

View menu >Show >Grid

View menu >Snap to >Grid

This may be what you see now; set both to none.

Cheers,

Joe
