Howdy Howdy,
I'm finally upgrading our computer so we can enter the HDTV world. I plan on continuing to do a lot of Photoshop work on this computer. We have been monitor poor for years now and I'm insisting we get new ones. My question is: are CRT monitors still the better way to go for graphics work or have LCD monitors caught up to them? AND, I'm looking for recommendations on what to purchase. Keep in mind I don't want to spend much more than $1000 per monitor (I'm going dual monitor) I know CRT's are a lot cheaper than LCD's which would be a plus but correct color and great image quality are more important to me.

Thanks for the advice,
Alan Brown
