Book, website, and video tutorial suggestions for photoshop?

I just graduated from college and obtained a job at a video production company. I need training in Photoshop, specifically creating lower third graphics with different textures, such as a metallic sheen, and different types of text. I want to become as skilled in photoshop as I can as quickly as I can. Can anyone recommend books, websites, and video tutorials that can quickly train me? I'm just starting out with the program.
