Hi Everyone.

I'm completely stumped by an issue I cannot resolve in AE. (Images below)

8bpc PhotoJpeg:

16bpc ProRes

Basically some footage (specifically stock, that was downloaded with the Photo-Jpeg codec appears Purple and distorted within After Effects.

I've found a workaround in converting the footage to ProRes, and the re-importing and setting my composition to 16bpc. Occasionally even this does work.

I believe it's a 3rd party compatibility issue- It only happened on one machine at the office but after the CS6 upgrade it now occurs on several of them. Is anyone familiar with this?

Thanks for reading!
