Hi chaps - I've just noticed a load of cache files in my library ... I clean (or thought I did) these out using the "Clean data base and cache button" in prefs but there are loads still in the folders: Media Cache has .mcdb files and 'Media cache files' has .qtindex, .cfa, .pek, file extensions, can I safely dlete these please ?

Many thanks Roger

Yeah, those look like the ones for Premiere too along with ae, so go for it! I've done it with no problems.

Reality? What did you make it?
