What is the shortcut for moving the cursor one frame at a time on the timeline? The page up/down keys don't seem to be working.

Just hold ALT cap and move with arrows caps.
Hold SHIFT and ALT caps and arrows and move ten frames.

Hi,
I think the easiest way is to hit the "fc" (function) key and hit the up or down arrows. That advances or travels back one frame on my MBP.
