Saved animation presets - user or system wide?
by Mike Abbott on Jun 30, 2009 at 7:34:05 pm

Hi Guys,
another question for the experts...

I was asked today whether newly saved animation presets are saved on a 'user account' basis, or a 'system wide' basis, as far as the computer operating system is concerned - Mac or PC.

Does anyone know?

it depends on where you saved them... if you saved them in the presets folder (with all the other presets) in the after effects then anyone should be able to see/use them.

Yes, I should have said - saved in the default presets folder.

Many thanks
