Interlaced Targa Sequence
by Jackdown on May 22, 2007 at 8:54:33 am

Hello all

A colleague of mine is having some problems with his export settings from A.E 6.5.

He has created a short 10-15 second HD graphic sequence in After Effects with resolution of 1080p. This clip now needs to go to a Dolby 5.1 dub. The dubbing studio would like the footage as an interlaced 1080i50 Targa sequence which he is having difficulty in producing.... the dubbing house are saying that his moving text is breaking up lots as it goes across the screen.

What settings should he be looking at in order to get this result? He's checked the 'field render' box in Output but on it's own this seems to make no difference the dubbing houses end.

Any help greatly apprecited.

Cheers guys and gals

Whoops! I just noticed you're rendering targa sequences, so that codec business doesn't apply. Sorry.
