Camera effects?
by TCElos on Jan 5, 2006 at 2:03:03 am

Mooooo,

Hello all you AE artist. I have a question for you guys. I am trying to create a video spot that has multiple shots. With these shot I want to have the camera to follow lines, pan from left to right and move up and down. Some of these movement will run off to reveal the next shot, etc. My question is how to set this up. I have seen this in several reels and would like to know the ways of the mograph.

I am thinking that are these really different pre-comped edited in AE to be reveal after each other or is this one huge (canvas, not file size) comp that the camera travel to where the shots are being reveal. Creamyorange had a, an urban clothing spot that did it beautifully where portion of the video came in at different angles.

If anyone can help it would greatly appreciate!

You can access cameras and lights and 3D compositing space by activating the 3D layer switch on all the layers you want included.

Not having seen what you are describing makes it impossible to know exactly what you are trying to achieve.
