DCP format

FCP doesn't export to DCP.

The subject has come up before though, so I'd recommend you go to the main forums page http://forums.creativecow.net/ and type DCP into the search panel and have a trawl through the responses there.

Take a look at Wraptor, although other software is available. There are variatons in DCP, so have a good read up on it before you proceed.

TBH, it's the kind of thing that I go to a facility to get done as don't do enough to make it worthwhile gearing up for it.

I've done DCP files at a local facility that has their own 2K projector so they can verify everything looks right. It is the Color Mill: http://www.colormill.net/
