Hey, there's an effect that i'v been wanting to learn. It's sort of a flash/flare type thing, not sure the exact name. Here is a sample of what i'm looking for!


Examples at :20 sec, :23 sec, and :45. Also throughout the whole video!







If someone could give me the low down on this effect and how to make it happen I would so much appreciate it! Getting ready to do a wedding montage soon and i'd love to try it out! Thanks!!!

There are a few ways to to this.
One is to ramp up the levels. AE does this well.
Use your Color correction filter and key frame.
