Making split screens

Hi,

I want to create a 3 x 3 split screen and a 9 x 9 split screen (and possibly more)

I understand the percentage you need to scale the images by etc, the problem I have is with positioning. I am an avid editor and in media composer you can position things in the x and y axis' (and z) by picking itup and repo-ing by eye or by typing a value in. I can't see this in FCP so I can't work out how to repo an image to exactly the right place. Am I missing something? I probably am.

Also, something like todo instead of using the center parameter in the motion tab

Just start using image&wireframe in the Canvas(top right) and place them where you want to see them

*pay attention to the title and action safe marks*

You can also, hold shift and drag on the x or y axis.
