export of multiple video
by Yossa1 on Mar 8, 2007 at 5:03:43 pm

Hi,
I'm new to all this but i was hoping to get a few tips.
I'll be capturing footage from 3 cameras in FCP. I want to export the 3 clips in a way that will allow end users to view all 3 clips.
What is the best way to do this? Running 3 clips in 3 seperate Quicktime apps causes the clips to fall out f sync with each other.
Can the 3 clips be exported in H.264 (Mpeg-4) format?
Thanks for any help on this.

You want them to view all three clips simultaneously? How are they going to do that? What software? Sure you can export to H.264, but you need to find a delivery mechanism that will do what you want. Why do they need to be separate files? Maybe you need to build them into a single file so the viewer sees them all.

All the best,

Tom
