Certain 3D animation packages including 3DS Max and Blender can perform this.

What I mean is if you have already a OpenEXR file format, and you want to add a image sequence into the existing OpenEXR file format !

I don't quite understand. Do you mean you have an OpenEXR image sequence and you want to add to it? Or that you want to create an OpenEXR image sequence with some OpenEXR images?

Correct me if I'm wrong. With this plug-in I can take a sequence of images and add them to an existing OpenEXR file ? If I'm right I'm trying read where it does this :)

I have no direct experience with the plug-ins but it would appear that the they enable you to work with OpenEXR images and sequences from within AfterEffects.
