sorenson squeeze

I have Sorenson Squeeze and am trying to encode my video to flash. I've been told to make sure the video I import into squeeze is uncompressed (H.264 looks horrible when encoded to flash) I have found this to be true. But what is truly uncompressed? I've looked at the sequence settings in FCP and would export using the compressor settings (in this case DVCPRO HD 720p60) and I have also tried exporting with the compression type saying "uncompressed." You would think these two files would be the same size, but they are drastically different from each other, with DVCPRO HD 720p60 being a larger file size. Anyway, when I use either of these to squeeze into a flash file, when playing it back in Adobe Media Player it is SUPER choppy, very clear (high quality), but a very low file size. I haven't mastered any settings to compress video to flash and am constantly tweaking with the settings that worked for me before. I wish it would be easier, like recommended settings for this or that... any way, does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? I'm trying to get this video ready for a client who wants it on her website!

What is your native codec in your FCP timeline?
You said high quality, low file size, but plays choppy. Sounds odd. What is the duration and resolution of your movie? What do you consider to be a "very low" file size? What one considers "low" is relative?

The native codec in my timeline is DVCPRO HD 720p60... which I just read on another website, is the worst codec... hmm. I'll try exporting it as HDV 720 then compressing to flash.
When I say high quality, and low file size, it means I'm starting with a minute long video that is 1GB and am compressing it to a 4MB flash file. As a still shot, it looks perfect HD, which is what I mean when I say looks high quality. 4MB is way too small right? I've used the same settings in sorenson before and the video was fine. I'm not sure why I'm having trouble with this one, but I've retried over a dozen times with minor tweaks. Do you have any idea what I should do? Thanks!
