HD Compression, line flicker

Hi, I'm trying to figure this out. I compressed some HD footage using sorenson Squeeze and it looks great. But when my client posted on her website, it has line flickers on it during fast zooms or transitions. Then I read http://www.adobe.com/devnet/flash/apps/flv_bitrate_calculator/video_sizes.h... It talks about how HD sizes need to be in multiples of 16. Is that the reason there is line flicker? Because I didn't compress it to the right size?

It could be that you didn't do it at the right size but it's more likely to be that the client is resizing the video in the player on the website.
Can you provide us with more details?
