MPEG 4:2:2 compression

I'm looking for some software (preferably for Mac) that will allow MPEG encoding at 4:2:2 instead of 4:2:0 and at D1 size. Anyone ever come across anything that will do this?

This is for broadcast delivery, not DVD.
