Odd Frame Sizes in Squeeze

So I'm trying to generate an flv file with dimensions 511x308. The source is a DV QT from FCP 720x480. The aspect ration of the original doesn't need to be maintained.

Trouble is that Squeeze won't let me enter an odd number for the frame size. It just rounds it off to an even one. I need the file to be exactly the right dimensions though. Any way around this?
