Timecode Burn with Compressor

I am using Compressor 3.02
I bring in a 3 minute ProRes clip with NDF timecode starting at 01:00:00:00
Flip4Mac allows me to create a WMV output setting.. so I do.
I activate the "Timecode Generator" in the Filters Tab and everything looks great in the preview window. The timecode is being read from the Quicktime and it matches perfectly.
I submit the job and it renders for a few minutes.
I open the resulting wmv file and the timecode burn is off by like 3 sec.
Instead of starting at 01:00:00:00, it starts at 01:00:03:04
Anybody seen this or have a suggestion.
Right now I am burning the timecode to the source QT in FCP, then exporting to Compressor.
Thx,
-mark
