I have a huge demand for actor's demo reels. Most of the material they give me is on DVD. I'm using IM Too DVD Ripper and it makes some strange quick time files that seem to go in and out of focus. Can anyone recommend a good DVD Ripper?

dont forget the old faithful MTR Mac the Ripper.. It will extract the elementary mp2 and ac3 files from the source no matter how much css or bad blocks they throw in the disk..
