All my videos that I have done I have shot with 24p but its true frame rate is ....23.976. I record onto a canon hf 10 and remove pulldown to gettrue progressive footage,,for the most part...


when editing in 30p, what frame rate do I use in after effects to edit correctly? 29.97,or 30?

29.97. In AE, interpret any field order as None. Render the same way: no field order.
