reset After Effects CS3 to factory settings

How can I reset After Effects CS3 to factory settings. I am new to AE and started changing docking settings and another settings and would now like to just reset everything and start over.

In sony vegas it's something like control+shift while starting the program.

from "Preferences":

"To restore default preference settings, hold Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS) while the application is starting. To also restore default keyboard shortcuts, Alt-click (Windows) or Option-click (Mac OS) the OK button."

from "Workspaces":

"Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.

Choose Window > Workspace > Reset [workspace name]."

You can delete the AE Preferences file; it should do the trick. I've never had to do it personally, but as I recall, there is a different file path for Mac or Win.
