Unable to scrub thought timeline of SWF

Im working in Premium CS3 and animated a scene in Flash CS3 yesterday. Exported an swf of final animation to be played back and comped in After effects CS3. Today, everything done from yesterday works just fine.
Today, I had updates to the FLA files, re exported the swfs, but now when i play back files which were manipulated/created today, scrubbing the timeline comes to a complete halt. I attempt to scrub, and it takes several seconds before the CTI moves, and re positions itself to the location of the mouse.
The oddity of the issue is this only happends on 2 computers which I currently am working on. I tested the same files on computers on the other side of the office, and they work just fine.
I also tested to verify it is the swf by opening a file made from yesterday (which still works), and imported a swf made from today.
Again, timeline works fine untill i import the SWF from today.
