Huge Animation Endless Load Time

Hi,

I made a 3 minute animation for a client and then split it up with an interactive video pause/play button. On most computers, it takes forever to load. Is there a way to export the file in a smaller fashion? It went from quicktime- flash - swf- to dreamweaver.

export it as FLV in after effects with the quality at 7 or higher (the closer to ten the prettier, and bigger. You'll have to play with this).

Then into flash, you'll export it with an flv player (will be a swf) and then into dreamweaver.

That should bring the size down massively.
