Your post is a little confusing. For example, do you want this software to animate both people and furniture that you create in three dimensions?

Please tell us how you intend to use the software.

Oh. Well, that is NOT going to be reasonably priced. It will be the most expensive 3D software available.

Creating a photorealistic human means that you'll have to create a skeleton in 3D to make your person move properly. Then you can put muscles, skin, hairs and clothing on it.

I'd start by looking at the 3D animation packages from Autodesk.
