the thing is i have made the tracking with boujou and aplied the text at the position i want.. he stays in that position until the end but now the problem comes onj extrudin.. i have tryed the trials of zaxwers and cc extrude text but for the tracking i need the text tool to be 3d so im stuck on how to make the text static in the scene and with a 3d look.. somtething like the series fringe..
the next shot is more dificult.. i have a panoramic movement of a scene has u can see here..
like all the time first i have studied the motion in boujou and then exported it to after effects... the thing is that the text layer, in this case doest stay put until de middle of the scene.. the movement is almost hidden but i can notice it going down and i really want it to stay put on that spot... and again.. i wanna make it look like a 3d layer..
i hope anyone can tell me what i am missing because i have already spent to many time on this shots... thanks...

If you have an AE layer in position that you're happy with (as in your first example) Zaxwerks will work for you. You can use an AE layer to place Zaxwerks items. I'm not by my AE machine at the moment, but it's a feature in Zaxwerks.

i know there is a featture that does that.. its 3d invigorator.. the problem is i cant apply it to a 3d layer.. and my text layer has to be 3d so the tracking works.. any idea....

That's not what I meant. I meant that in 3d Invigerator you can set your object to follow a 3d layer. In this thread in the Zaxwerks forum Edward Wu talks about how to match Zaxwerks to follow a 3d layer in AE.
"Use the Set command to "Track 3D Layer". By applying a Set to track a 3D Layer, you can keyframe either the 3D layer or Null object and you can try working like that."
He goes into a lot more detail in the thread (pictures too); check it out.

i have also tried that but the prob is that when i set the track to a 3d null... those null where made by boujou on the tracking... the text just dissapears
teh i try to adjust the camera but no luck... i have shutt the video down but theres nothing there...

Using that set command requires the layer to be in the default placement for new objects or weird things happen.
I'm assuming you've already got keyframes set, etc. since you say you've got a good move down; so my suggestion is this:
Pick a keyframe on your tracked 3d layer. Write down the information for position, rotation, etc.
Then twirl down the properties for the layer. (If it's already twirled down with a property or two twirl it up then back down again) You should have a reset button. That'll put it back where it originally was when the layer was created. Then set your Zaxwerks thing to follow it; then redo the keyframes with the values you wrote down. You should then see the object come back into your field of view.
I'm no expert at the 3d Invigorator, so if that doesn't work, perhaps a post over on that forum would help.

thnaks Michael i have done it...
I was missing something...
while tracking, figures where is the position of the camera and place a new camera in that spot giving it the position the camera is gonna take while the timeline goes forward. In other way the nulls created by boujou, or the points i have tracked, are always in the same position corresponding to the set in his full view, in and out of the frame.
So, in my case i have 7 null objects and a camera that moves in the scene like the video does... i was only aplying the set to be the same as the null but completly forgot to set the camera to the comp camera so invigorator was runing with his won camera set to another far position. So just click on set comp camera and it works.. There is also a funny thing... invigorator suposely doesnt work on 3d layers.
well i had the 3d layer with the 2d plane text exactly on the position i wanted so i trued to aplly invigorator to that 3d layer. After alarmed me it only works on 2d layer but i carried on, set those parameters and it works..
thanks again and anny ideas to the other problem i am listening..
