Is it possible to export a still frame in 300 ppi?

I have created a project in After Effects that utilizes third party plug ins. It is a business card. I am trying to upload this card to vistaprint.com, but the resolution is too low. How can I export a still frame out of AE with 300 ppi? If this is not possible from directly within AE, is it possible to convert it in other programs? I have tried Photoshop and Illustrator, but it still has low resolution, even though I rendered it at Full Resolution in AE.
