After Effects Very slow core 2 / 4gb RAM

Boa noite all,
Meu PC é novo e tem a seguinte configuration:
Processor: Intel core 2 duo p8600
Processor speed: 2,40 GHZ
Cache: 3 MB L2 cache
Memory RAM: 4096 (2 x 2048 mb) mb.
Memory type RAM: DDR2
HD: 5 sata.400 rpm / 640 (2 x 320 gb) gb.
Graphic: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650, Graphics memory com 1 gb dedicated.
For e mesmo assim qualquer coisa que eu faça, Até mesmo trocar um efeito. Ele fica paralyzed, Is força não me diz it works, Logo mas volta e eu DEIXA efeito of place or boa...
But always the same event or, Effects of each truck or renderização.
