Adam,
shoot me your email address and I'll send you a project file. It is a little too much of a pain to type all of the instructions on the forum. I used Particular and I think it will work well for your needs.

Heya Mark, if it's not too much trouble, could you put the AEP up on yousendit.com so that others may also take a look? If you're OK with this, please append the AE version to the end of the file. A Zipped file works best.

Cheers

Feel free to upload the project file to our site. Just zip and use that icon above that looks like a little diskette.

OK guys,

Here is the project file. It uses AFX CS4 and Particular 1.51
113_waterfall.zip

Best of luck

Great job Mike! Say, can you do on-tap beer, pouring down into a mug? And include the nice froth? Haha - just kidding but what the heck, it'll make a great screensaver! And besides, the COW could use a new opening sequence for our vids. Since Kobe and other valued cows are fed with the good frothy stuff, it wouldn't be such a bad idea actually.

CHEERS!

The answer to your question is probably. I could come up with something that would look like pouring beer into a glass, complete with the head. I already did a champagne facsimile, so it shouldn't be too difficult. The real question is what would we use it for. Maybe Homer Simpson would be interested. Any other requests. I am always looking for new tutorial ideas, especially those involving particles.

Hi Mike, I think you should go ahead with a Particular tutorial on beer or even champagne. It sounds very interesting and there are lots of Particular users here at the COW.

Cheers

did you ever get your waterfall project sorted? Just wondering since we never heard anything from you.
