AE7 and Trapcode Suite

I was going to post tis in the Trapcode forum but it doesn't appear to have any activity...or a moderator for that matter.
I am using AE 7 and have purchased the Trapcode Suite...amazing plugins. However, they refuse to load. I have gone through the install, with serial numbers and as demo, for Shine and Lux but when I attempt to load them in a project...any project...I get the following error:
After Effects error; plugin "C:Program FilesAdobeAdobe After Effects 7.0Support FilesPluginsTrapcodelux.aex" could not be loaded(126).

I have used these plugins at work so I am confident I am applying them properly.
