i need to cut me out of this shot so i can walk in front of this cg car .. i started to use a vector paint but this is taking vary long time to get right ,its not that smooth. is there a better or more fast way to do this like a auto trace or something. thank you

There is a better way,
but not really a faster one.
You'll need to use masks to make a clean roto.
Search the cow tutorials and internet for rotoscoping in AE.
Use separate masks for arms, legs and body.

Yup, rotoscoping is the way to do it given the footage you have thus far.

After many days of animating your masks, will come to understand why good roto artists get paid The Big Bucks.

Oh, and don't forget about that shadow you're casting on the ground, either.

Would it be impossible to reshoot the BG plate and use a greenscreen where you and the car converge? That's how I would go about this shot.
