which screen capture tool do you guys use for your tutorials?

any suggestions for mac?

I use Camtasia Studio, but that's for Windows only. For Mac I understand that Ambrosia Snapz Pro is pretty good.

camtasia is what I used in the old pc days as well!

meanwhile I found iShowU HD and I love it.

it is super nice to set up and does everything I needed for only 29 $.
