Rendering out to ProRes 422 HQ
by Mark Beazley on Nov 18, 2008 at 4:00:18 pm

Ok, brand new to dealing with HD, so bear with me. Currently I am using a AJA IoHD for in/out. FCP for editing.

Now I am familiar with rendering out to UC SD where I always had to put in an adjustment layer to convert the 0-255 RGB scale to 16-235.

So, the question is, do I still have to do that when rendering out to ProRes?

Okay I found Jeremey's thread so the next question? HD 709 or HD 709 (16-235)?
