Drop, Bounce, Resolve

I'd like to animate 3 boxes falling from the top of the screen, bouncing off the bottom of the screen a bit and then resolving into specific positions. Is there a better way to do this other than by animating manually? The more realistic the physics, the better.

Look into some tutorials for any of the particle systems (CC Particle World, Particular, etc). Those might help you out.

CS3, FCS2
[Note: Using Particular, 3-D Stroke, and now Form do not instantly make your designs "teh awesome."]
