Automatic Proxy creation
by Christopher Rotter on Sep 30, 2008 at 3:42:50 pm

Anyone know if there is a way to create a proxy automaticlly, cause if I forgot to add a element to a composition, and get a little frusterated then realize that I have to turn off my proxy then it works so I was wondering if there was some way to automate this?

Not too sure if I understand you fully. There is a create proxy optoin under the file menu. You can select footage items or compositions from which to create your proxies. You select your targets from within the Project Panel and then select File>CreateProxy.
